No, I know that. But this is a hotel that has been catering to long stays for some years. It doesn't really have any other residential right there. Across the street is an industrial park type area (and then the Parkway West right after that). And when it was Hawthorn Suites, it was in the news a number of times for crimes there, although granted I recall that from a few years back.
Maybe I'm overreacting. Maybe there weren't numerous mentions of it in the news, not sure. I found this one shooting from 2002.
