Default G20Buzz.com (Pittsburgh G20 news aggregator)

To those interested, our internal project at work, G20Buzz, just launched. It's an aggregate site that pulls all of the latest tagged Google news feeds, Tweets, Flickr photos and YouTube videos about the upcoming G20 summit in Pittsburgh, and organizes it on one page:

G20Buzz : Reports from the G-20 Summit as they happen.

Let me know what you guys think! We're really happy with this one. The design and idea was mine. It's not that developed yet but as the summit gets closer we're going to expand it a bit more and the news should start moving much faster.

Very nice! It is certainly a resource I now plan to use, although I wonder how it will hold up to the volumes you might get during the conference--my guess is you will need a little more structure at that point.

By the way, it wasn't immediately obvious to me how the Flickr part fit in, but then I started clicking and it made sense. I don't know if it is possible to do something like with the YouTube part and include some text with the photos, but I thought I would at least mention my experience.

Nice feedback Brian. Thanks. I agree with you completely on those points. May try to get captions and stuff in the Flickr box. We plan on implementing some sorting drop downs for some of the feeds. A blog feed would be great as well. And I think the biggest thing we need is some sort of community function as well...a message board. Going to try!
