Can someone recommend a home inspector who is also a structural engineer?
I'm looking to buy a very old house which may have structural problems, and would like to hire an inspector who is also a structural engineer. Does anyone know of one in Pittsburgh? Thank you!

Well, since Hopes has really done a splendid job doing everyone's homework for them, I don't feel too bad asking a question that gets just a little off topic...

Thank you, Hopes! I really appreciate your research for me.
As to why I am looking at buying the house, suffice to say it is very, very, very cheap and the structural problems (if indeed it has any) may have already been resolved by a previous owner. The visible problem is the left exterior wall of the house, including the foundation wall, has a slight lean to it, but it almost appears as if the house was built that way as I haven't been able to find any evidence of damage in the foundation or the walls inside the house besides a few plaster cracks here and there. Inside the house, you can see the left wall is slightly crooked, but I didn't see any signs of damage or separation. It's really a puzzle to me. The house sits on the side of a steep hill so maybe that has something to do with it?
