Do you think the media is downplaying the protests? If so, that's a shame because it validates the belief that violence is the only way to be heard.

Down playing? Heck no! I've seen them getting extensive coverage on kdka, on tv, and with all the local and national print/electronic media.

Obviously there are some protesters here, and they will make some news, generate police responses, and so on. I just don't get the feeling there are thousands upon thousands here, and I would think they would be here by now.

But again, that is just a hunch--we shall see.
