Tailor in Greensburg (Latrobe: live in, mall, commute to)

I live in Greensburg but also commute to Latrobe several days a week, so tailor recommendations for either city would be great. I recently lost some weight, and I need to have my winter coat tailored. It was an expensive coat, so I am looking for a skilled and reputable tailor I can trust to make the alterations.

I don't know much in the way of reputable tailors in the Greensburg area but there's a store in the Westmoreland Mall called Jesse Custom Tailor which is downstairs by Macy's.
