Internet Superman is on a distinguished road
If you come up North - Allegheny National Forrest, check out the bar scene along RT 66 from Shippenville to Marionville PA. Some still allow in doors smoking.

RT 989 from Sigel to Ridgeway is a nice quiet ride, away from all the traffic.

As long as there are no hard frosts, - good luck, or high winds, or heavy rains, we ought to have a nice fall foliage this year.

They are predicting a peak time in about 3 weeks from now.

The hills around Jefferson county are just now starting to turn colors.

ps. - there are cabins along RT 36 north of Brookville that can be rented for $30 a night, but you have to bring your own bedding and cooking and eating utensils.
Not a bad deal for a cheap date or a weekend get away vacation.
