With all that water damage that it got, it can only be much worse since there's likely to be mold everywhere now.

Yeah, I'm guessing if they haven't re-opened for business by now -- sale pending or not -- then nothing's been done to the building. In which case it's probably a knock-down by now and the only value left is in the land.
