David Byrne thinks our bike scene is cool. I think David Byrne is cool.

I remember on his blog he talked about Gooski's back a few years ago. Pretty cool he gives a good word about the Burgh though.

Chris Frantz, drummer of the Talking Heads, is originally from Pittsburgh. In fact, he went to my high school, Fox Chapel. So, I am sure David is very familiar with Pittsburgh. They all met at RISD, Rhode Island School Of Design, which is a well noted artsy college.

Are you talking about that curmudgeon Bill Steigerwald?

I actually was just reading that article; interesting stuff.

I'm amazed at how fervent the bike community is here, especially considering how masochistic you oftentimes have to be to bike some of the routes around here. Still, doesn't stop me from biking.

No, it's someone who posts on this forum.

The one main reason I moved down here was the biking scene; I'm mainly an off road cyclist, but also enjoy some urban biking.
