How is Highmark bcbs plan DirectBlue, An Individual Comprehensive Major Medical Preferred-Provider Health Plan; $250 Deductible; Medically Underwritten.

Re: the prenatal care, I would suggest calling some OBs and asking what the charge is for prenatal care. Some charge per visit, some charge a flat fee for the pregnancy (for dr visitis only). Ask what the usual lab fees are for ultrasound, blood work, etc. Then figure out if the insurance is worth it, or if it's better to pay out of pocket. Keep in mind if you have any complications involving hospitalization, such as miscarriage, premature labor, etc, the costs will rise astronomically.

citrushills is on a distinguished road
Be prepared. I just relocated from Florida to Pittsburgh. I had Blue Cross/Blue Shield in Florida and went with United in Pa. Same exact coverage. Our premium is now 400% (four-hundred-percent) higher. Never had a claim or any pre-existing illness. No issues whatsover.
