I don't think the death penalty would make much difference in this case, since the shooter may have already killed himself.

There was a suspect named late last night but apparently this person has turned himself in to Clairton Police and he has been cleared as a suspect.

It's so sad and so awful to hear these things going on in our neighborhoods. I can only think of the bravery it takes to get up and go to a job everyday where you are helping people, not knowing if it's your last day on earth.
