... This time I'm wondering about off-leash dog parks that have separate areas for SMALL DOGS. Are there any in the area?

Call the Duncan Manor Animal Hospital. I recall seeing signs promoting a weekly small dog social. I'm not sure if it's inside or outside---they might do both.

I've been to most of the major parks in the area and I have seen all of the OFFICIAL off leash areas and I don't see where any of them discern from small to large dogs.

I know of two. There's one in Cranberry that a friend of mine goes to that has separate areas. Found their website online --

Cranberry Township - Official Website - Rotary Dog Park

And White Oak Park in White Oak also has a separate area. This website doesn't mention it (that I could find) but I've been there and there are separate areas.

White Oak Park

X2 for White Oak Park. They have a large dog area as well as a small dog area. We take our Shih-Poo there every now and then and let him run around without a leash.

There are also some walking trails and a big field if you want to walk him on a leash.
