The thugs have to get their quota up before the year is over. Its been a bad year with purchasing bullets in this recession. They got to catch up before the end of the year.

Either they're lying and they were there to buy drugs or they didn't know it wasn't that safe. If someone isn't from the area, they won't know where it's safe or not to park.

The hill district doesnt look like a great place to park and walk around no matter what time it is. You dont have to be a genius to be able to tell if its a nice area or not.

When I read the story, I immediately thought they were lying. Being deaf doesn't guarantee they are innocent victims.

"There was no one else in the car with him. Evidently, he had stopped at that intersection," Stangrecki said. "The vehicle was in park at the time. The driver's side window was down, and someone shot into the car at him, and fled the scene."

He had his car in park while he was in the middle of an intersection with his window down. That tells me that he was talking to whoever shot him.

Those filthy disgusting shooters need to be caught, tried ,convicted and given a mandatory death sentence with SWIFT execution if the victim dies and mandatory life with NO parole in a maximum securty prison if the victim survives. That may send a message loud and clear that the decent hardworking citizen is not going to put up with their criminal culture. It makes my blood boil to read about that evil crime happening in neighborhoods like Knoxville and Sheraden that were not too long ago still decent. Something needs to be done about these pieces of thug garbage !
