Didn't Maronda file for Chapter 11 bankruptcy last month? Wouldn't surprise me considering their lack of workmanship.

To me, this question is similar to "which beer is better, coors light, miller light or bud light..."

if you are planning to drink urine, is there really that mucg difference between different brands of urine?

Yup. As a former owner of one of their homes, I feel qualified to say they build garbage. Little to no insulation, awful plastic exterior trim that fades, awful 60's linoleum, not an inch of copper pipe anywhere in the home because it is all plastic, awful plumbing in general, rattletrap heating ducts, thin drywall, no light fixtures, no door trim, 70's style bathroom furnishings, bottom-quality windows and doors, I could go on. Fortunately I was in & out in 2 years back in the 90's and it long ago became someone else's mess.
