If you read their web site, they tell you why it's named that.

I wouldn't think of this new place as part of the chain. It may be owned by an existing restaurant entity, but it's not an Eat n Park that they're opening in this location. The same company also runs a place downtown called Six Penn Kitchen, which is nothing like Eat n Park.

Big Burrito is a restaurant group with many locations here too, but apart from comparing the Mad Mexes to each other you wouldn't find anything not original about their restaurants.

I went to party two weeks ago that was catered by the Big Burrito Group. The food was amazing and totally unexpected. We had everything from sushi to italian pasta!
