Plum is a distance from Penn Hills. I am not at fault if people have real estate in a bad area and I call it for what it is, I will not blame for other peeoples bad real estate deals.

If I had children, in this day and age, before I'd move into any area, I'd log onto Dogwatch or Meggan's Law and find out who lives in the community I'm looking to move into.
I surely would want to make certain there were no sex offenders living in that area...and also, would want to definately check into crime and the school district for that area.....just my thoughts...and I haven't read thru this thread, so forgive me if I've repeated something that was already suggested.
Good luck!
Creme

Penn Hills borders about 1/4 of Plum.
No one said you were at fault for anything except making statements that are not entirely true!

My statements are true. Just be happy you live in Plum, that is a nice area. One of the few left.

I give up... I have better things to do...
Anyone who reads this thread... please don't believe that all of the areas that surround Penn Hills are bad areas...as a matter of fact, not ALL areas of Penn Hills are bad!!! It's all a matter of opinion!!

You must have real estate there maybe? Or know someone who does, I can't see anyone saying that all of PH is good, cause that is wrong and a lie.
