Good Stuff. That Smallman Street Corridor is very doable up to 21st Street within the next five to seven years. It looks like further up they are looking to emulate what was done at South Side Works by making the new buildings fit in with the historic houses of the neighborhood. That is a good course of action for Pittsburgh. I could see more modern designs along the riverfronts, but along Penn and Liberty the buildings should fit in with the ones already there.

Maybe by the time my 3 yr old graduates high school this will completely realized. Considering how many years it take the in ept people in charge to get anything done this will probably stall by finding something special or some moron won't want to give up his crappy/slum property in the name of progress for everyone.

I like this community concern from the Strip because I've seen it complained about here and on the Skyscraper page forum- Don’t ‘Disneyfy’ it
