I can't even wrap my mind around the massive sense of entitlement that would motivate someone to think they should scale the fence of a football stadium to take pictures because they wanna .

It is public property bought and paid for with tax money, isn't it? And I believe a large portion of that tax money came from people just like them through hotel and car rental taxes.
