Janice said she jots down info from every call but feels like it's doing no good.
"I just feel so bad, but there's nothing I can do," Janice said.

I think yesterday Thomm Hartman gave out the number for corporate headquarters...that's the place to call..maybe we can get God Steve's personal number ???..How about the British consulate ??
