Would you rather do what EinsteinsGhost wants, and have them only pay $75M? Legally they could claim such a cap, right?
In your dreams (which is a norm anyway). Ideal would be taking over BPs assets, and paying off every penny that goes into fixing this debacle, before the control is relinquished. How's that idea? Like it?
ooh I thought since you were lying about what I believed, then it was only fair to lie about yours....

It doesnt surprise me that you dream about taking over more assets.. Want to tell me under what legal authority this would be done under?
Sure, just as soon as you answer my question in the other thread, asked at least a half dozen times but to no avail.
answered numerous times, you just dont like the answer, which isnt surprising. Wait, its actually comical to think about it.. You dont think Obama should pickup the phone to talk to the BP executives about their plans and how the government could help coordinate the cleanup, but you do think he should just take over BP without legal authority and syphon off their assets thereby putting Obama in control of a company that he shouldnt be calling..
haha.. oooh the hypocracy couldnt get any funnier..
Just saw his official address at the White House and all I can say is Good job President Obama!
$20 billion in escrow for claims
$100 million for laid off oil workers
No caps on monetary damages
BP will pay for all clean up costs
BP suspends it's dividends for the rest of the year ( the Brits won't be happy about that!)
BP still faces fines & penalties

Palin provides answers like those, something that has NOTHING to do with the question itself. Not a surprise considering shared philosophies, and everything else along the lines.
So, now in-person has gone to a phone call. That, in itself, is progress! Now, what plan is it that Obama can learn only from a person that he doesn't from others, and in exactly the way you wish it would be delivered? Do plans differ based on the mode used to deliver it?

You should be thanking BP since they didnt have to
