I think this is like the 4th or 5th poll that shows as of right now, he would not be re-elected.

This will help tremendously for the mid-terms.

Is Gallup still the gold standard of the Left?

U.S. Voters Split on Obama Re-Election in 2012

Quote:
Obama does not receive a universal endorsement for re-election among his fellow Democrats, 18% of whom say he does not deserve re-election; 79% say he does. That compares with the 9% of Republicans who say Obama deserves re-election. A 53% majority of independents say Obama does not deserve re-election.

I wonder..if they could go back in time..would they have preferred Hillary ?
I know that if Hillary was on the ticket, I would have voted for her.

No McCain..sorry he's too old and Palin is a loose canon.

They say the evil you know is better then the evil you don't.

Gallup is not the most accurate, but I believe most people think this man is worse than Carter.

Just like Carter, Obama will be an one-term wonder. Count on it.

Although Carter was a mess the difference IMO is that atleast Carter had our countries best interest in mind even with all the foibles and stupid mistakes he made. But this man we have now, oh, I don't trust him and I think he is strictly in it for himself, his best interest, not our country.
Carter was terrible but I fear Obama will make Carter look like the second coming of Ronald Regan in hind sight!

No, we are intellectually honest so we take the aggregate of all polls, as individual polls are generally poor indicators with margins of error from 3-5%.

Hes doing better than Reagan was at this point in his presidency (in terms of approval numbers, and in my opinion, policy and action), I'll take that any day.

Yes, go right ahead and tell Gallup, CNN, USA/Today they are intellectually dishonest for asking the question.

Along with his approval rating, it is indicative of just how UNpopular his policies are, which is really all that matters in the mid-term.

Keep downplaying and tell yourself that, you'll be eating dust in no time.
