Well at least today that is the score. The judge declared the declaration by Obama that drilling in the Gulf must stop to be illegal. Now we can sit back and celebrate for one day the fact that the people won this one and then get ready for all the appeals that will come . I heard an lawyer say on Fox just minutes ago that judges at the bottom tend to rule by the law and the higher you go politics gets more involved. I guess drilling is on till the Supreme Court of the US gets to rule. That seems like thousands of people who are now unemployed in the Gulf can go back to work. How many deep water wells can be brought in in 3 years?

It seems that the simple king of interior has promised to submit another order for a moratorium that will contain all the things that the first one didn't. That poor judge failed to realize that the White House will never give in until all those oil workers are without jobs and all those drilling rigs are in Brazil or wherever else Soros has holdings. I wonder what Soros' words to Obama about this district judge and his decision to take all that money from Soros pocket and what to do with him.

Before you celebrate opening the door to another catastrophe that your ideological team will somehow blame on everyone else, you should know that that judge owns stock in oil drilling companies.

Fail again. Corruption runs so deep and the environment or the poor always end up taking the beating for it.

That's the judge who---it was found out---is heavily invested in Transocean Ltd., the world's largest owner of drilling rigs, and other energy companies. He should have excused himself from ruling on the case and I doubt his ruling will stand.

Big deal. A lot of people invest directly, or indirectly in the energy supply / servicing industry.

This is just a sideshow to the current administrations failure to take a real lead on the oil spill. It gives them another reason to exploit the oil spill, instead of helping to solve it.

Wow, the left loons are attacking the judge for owning stock when Michelle Obama was on the board of the company that sold McDonalds all their greasy high calorie foods to plug our poor kids veins with junk.

And to think she took 51k a year to feed our kids junk food.

Only if Obama would fulfill his promise to get our going green and use the money he stole from us for wind, solar, nuclear etc.

If he had done this as he promised maybe we could have avoided needing so much oil.

What is Obama waiting on? He said he could create millions of green jobs doing this. What happened? Or was it just another Obama lie?

The people in the Gulf need to step up and force this admin to do their job. Waiting on Obama to actually get off his sorry butt might take another 6 months and 400 rounds of golf.
