A 5 year old is not going to sneak out and ride his ATV without his grandparents knowledge. It just ain't gonna happen.
The GRANDPARENTS are offended by the bare breasts. THEY keep the child inside (and off his ATV) because the sight of naked boobs is something they want to shield the child from seeing.

Kids are the spawn of the devil--I don't want anything to do with them. I could probably try disciplining them, but the law is on their side in that regard.

You must not know many 5 year olds. Everyone I've ever encountered is determined to get their way as young as three!
