Anyway I recommend you to watch the 'bible told me so' on youtube about the amount of homophobia gays suffer.

At least there is no cases where gays have killed straights becuase of their sexuality but many cases where straight people have killed gays because of their sexuality.

Nice deflection!

So Christine Cloud and her evangelical group persecuted gays by singing "Amazing Grace"?

People going to church on Sunday morning is persecution of gays?

What does one have to do with the other?

Gays hate Christians because they dare to speak against gay sex and oppose the perversion of marriage. Gays employ the sleazy unamerican tactics they do because they feel their cause justifies whatever acts of intolerance they may perpetrate.

Forcable suppression of opposition is a principle element of Fascism.

Gays are a minority group that hold no power in society. Gays are primarily concerned with themselves, not with systematic eradication of religions. Christianity is the majority group. They make up over 75% of our current population. Christianity is not being targeted for systematic elimination or eradication by gays or other groups. They are criticizing a small part of Christianity and they have the right to do so as it is part of their freedom of speech rights. Criticism of religion is not prohibited by law.

Pastor Fred Phelps although abrasive and rude is permitted to stand across the street from a gay funeral with God hates fill in the blank signs and so forth. He is free to criticize gay people and gay sex. Do you understand how society works now? Or do you need more explanations?

Looking at the pictures, it looks more like a "freak pride parade".
Yes, I think you're right. When I was in San Francisco and attending college in the early 80's, I remember seeing a picture the following day in the Chronicle of group of men dressed in boy scout uniforms....summer uniforms with shorts and knee socks......and calling themselves Troop 69. Now I know that was a long time ago and hopefully Troop 69 isn't marching in the parade any more but, like you pointed out, just look at the pictures and all you see is a freak show.

The gay community can't demand to be treated the same as any one else and the on Gay Freedom Day, have a parade where they act like no one else.
