How about if we make acting stupid a crime? Or being ugly? Of course, by some people's standards, even I might qualify for a jail cell under one or both of those.

Okay, now that I've got that out of the way, could you please explain the bolded? Because I see no reason to imprison anyone for anything that has NO impact on my life, either directly or indirectly.

What do States Rights have to do with imposing a religious issue on everyone else?

Know what...

If you're not welcome in Montana cause they don't want homosexual behavior there then don't go to Montana. How they're going to legislate human behavior I have no idea. There's laws against rapists, and child molesting, smokers and alcoholics and drug users, adultery, and prostitution and gambling, so homosexual sex is just another behavior to regulate.

If the majority of the people don't want that BEHAVIOR in their state, then GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

It's not the same as racism or sexism, or a religion, it's a behavior. Montana doesn't want that behavior in their state, the people voted on it. So be it.

And what if they didn't want blacks marrying whites? Or Jews marrying Christians? Would you have the same attitdue?

A skin color isn't a behavior. A religion isn't a behavior. This isn't about marriage, it's about a behavior. Because I'm 100% sure that if they don't want homosexuals in Montana they ain't gettin married there either. So this ain't about marriage, it's about sexual behavior.

And I'm pretty sure there are ethnically mixed and religiously mixed homosexual couples in the world.

It's about BEHAVIOR. Not about black white, or Jew and Christian.

Since when isn't it the way the country works. When you vote on something it's supposed to stand and not be overturned because some activist judge doesn't agree with what the will of the people is.

People who are gay wouldn' say it's a behavioural issue. Behaviours can change. Behaviours are based upon learning and experience. Homosexuality is not a choice. Just like Heterosexuality. No one is ever asked one day when they're 15yo what they want to be. Gay or Straight.

I think you and that other poster [Southbound47] should enroll in a Human Behaviour class together, and learn some stuff about what it means to be human.

If you think 100% of the time it's because someone is BORN that way you're wrong, so you need to take a course about human psychology and sexual development.
