I wonder if Rush feels the same way about Michael Steele. Most people would say the same thing about him - even Republicans.

If he were white, he once bluntly noted, he would simply be one of nine freshmen senators, almost certainly without a multimillion-dollar book deal and a shred of celebrity. Or would he have been elected at all?

So Obama claiming he would be a US senator is the same as Limbaugh claiming he would be nothing more than a tour guide?

Why is logic lost on so many people?

I said Obama agrees similarly...that he benefits from his "race"...that he might never have been elected Senator...that he wouldn't be a celebrity or have a book deal - if he were "white"

The OP thought he stumbled upon some kind of macaca moment, but Obama's macaca moment trumps his.

Rush Limbaugh is only rich and famous because of his fly off the handle irrational comments and views. If he had modest views he'd be boring and no one would listen. He'd be a regular college dropout managing a Burger King or selling cars.

This is also a guy who thinks Donovan McNabb is a mediocre QB. Any football fan, left or right, would be a moron to agree.

Why do all of you even bother to post about Rush Limbaugh? Why give him all this free publicity?
