Is it true then, that the older one gets, the more wiser one gets, and gains more wisdom, would like to think so.

People that were for don't ask/don't tell, overhauling the wealthcare system, and NAFTA????

Maybe you should look at more than the letters next to someone's name.

Sadly, I think their political allegiances will shift and sway depending on what happens to the major entitlement programs.

So for instance, if the GOP retakes power and actually tries to implement major Medicare reform, expect a stampede back to the other party.

For fiscal reasons only. But they can't go all in on a large scale because of the social crap.

Baby boomers have been leaning whatever way they think the money is since the 80s.

What are you talking about?

Clinton won in 1992. The welfare reform took place in 1996 before reelection.

NAFTA was in the works before Clinton was in office.

The smart Boomers have been leaning to wherever they thought the money was before the 1980s.

I think it is because people don't know how to change the channel from Fox News. Don't think it is called wisdom tho.

In my area which is a very republican area many that I know (which are baby boomers) are really turned off by the repubs and have changed to independent. Some because the repubs say no to every thing instead of trying to get the county going and the tea baggers.
