Did I miss something? Is there some big white push that "racism doesn't exist," that I miss out on? I don't think anyone believes that racism doesn't exist. There is also a big pile of Black and Asian racist, too? What is the point of this thread?
We are in the midst of the prelude to civil war and the racial aspects of it are surfacing on this thread like a volcano tube. In case anybody dosn't get what is happening it is exactly what Jesus Christ said he would do and that would be to divide peoples. Martin Luther was right about judging someone by the content of their character. Too bad more people who consider themselves oppressed haven't spent more time outside of the sandbox thinking for themselves.
That wasn't at church or in my neck of the woods. Those were black people nationwide speaking out against Tyler Perry & the way he portrays black people on television, especially Mr. Brown. Lemme see if I can find a link but like I said don't think that black people can't do the same thing; words are just words - they are not owned by one race of people.
Here we go .... this actually isn't the one I was referring to; I was listening to Michael Baisden and people were calling in to express their dislike of the show but here's a great example.
Of course I'm sure someone will say something about Spike being crazy as hell and try to sidestep the point, which is here is an example of 1 black person calling another black person a coon. It happens.
Yup. Every race has racists and bigots. I have experienced racism from White, Asian, Hispanic, and Black Americans.

There is a HUGE difference between not liking a certain race and actually DOING something. She has her feelings and I have mine. So far as I know she has never acted on those feelings and most certainly not around me.

She does not do it around me. She did once and I made my feelings clear, she has not done it since.
Every race has those among them that are racist. One race does not corner the market on it. My friends Spanish cleaning lady hates blacks. My Taiwanese friend hates Mexicans and my Indian friend hates Muslims.
It is in every race, creed, sex and religion.

The articles describe riots after a police officer got off on a lesser charge after shooting an unarmed man lying face-down on the ground. Just so there's no confusion, I absolutely condemn the riots, no matter how justifiable the anger, but what really caught my eye was the comments section. Here's a sampling.

I know that wasn't directed towards me..but none of my friends are RACIST..none of them. If I found out they were I would drop em with the quickness..
