We are in the midst of the prelude to civil war and the racial aspects of it are surfacing on this thread like a volcano tube. In case anybody dosn't get what is happening it is exactly what Jesus Christ said he would do and that would be to divide peoples. Martin Luther was right about judging someone by the content of their character. Too bad more people who consider themselves oppressed haven't spent more time outside of the sandbox thinking for themselves.

Here we go .... this actually isn't the one I was referring to; I was listening to Michael Baisden and people were calling in to express their dislike of the show but here's a great example.

Tyler Perry Angered Over Spike Lee Calling Him a Coon and Declares his Movies a Form of Coonery

Of course I'm sure someone will say something about Spike being crazy as hell and try to sidestep the point, which is here is an example of 1 black person calling another black person a coon. It happens.

0h..

Blacks are especially racist. They are usually the most racist people in this country. Why? I don't know. Some say it is because of lack of education or poverty. Whatever the reason I don't let it bother me and get on with my life.

I get it..you were being sarcastic.

There is a HUGE difference between not liking a certain race and actually DOING something. She has her feelings and I have mine. So far as I know she has never acted on those feelings and most certainly not around me.

I don't let anyone I know bash any race around me. Just because it's not mine doesn't make it okay. I don't think racists are good company. They are ignorant and closed-minded. Would you be offended if someone said they hated your race? Would you be okay if a judge gave you a higher fine for a speeding ticket because of your skin color or if someone would not sell your dream house to you based on that alone? How about if someone did not give you a job that you were qualified for for that reason. Racism is a menace to society and by remaining silent, you are giving your consent.
She does not do it around me. She did once and I made my feelings clear, she has not done it since.

Violent protests after Calif train killing verdict - Yahoo! News (http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20100709/ap_on_re_us/us_train_station_shooting#mwpphu-container - broken link)
The articles describe riots after a police officer got off on a lesser charge after shooting an unarmed man lying face-down on the ground. Just so there's no confusion, I absolutely condemn the riots, no matter how justifiable the anger, but what really caught my eye was the comments section. Here's a sampling.
Welcome to planet earth, where people are bigots, and just in case you think its only about skin color, read up about the genocide in Rwanda or the Sudan.
