I can't tell the difference so much with Mexicans by their appearance except by their speech. I can do what you said with Puerto Ricans because I am one myself. I don't know about Mexicans but in the Puerto Rican community in the States, they tend to have ghetto mannerisms and dress like blacks in the US whereas in Puerto Rico the people are much more refined in what they wear and their mannerisms is more typically Spanish than an urban black

He's a Puerto Rican born and raised in Chicago that was trying to push for Puerto Rico statehood and to push for an amendment to the Puerto Rico voting act that said all everyone of Puerto Rican ancestry regardless if even your grandparents were born in the States should vote on Puerto Rico's political status which is wrong in my view because he isn't connected to Puerto Rico. it's like me saying I should be allowed to vote on to decide if Spain should be part of the European Union even though I was born in this country. It doesn't make sense.

But that's not what reallllly bothers me about him. What bothers me most is that he is staunchly pro-illegal alien and pro-amnesty something that Puerto Ricans are wholly against because we suffer from the effects of illegal immigration down there hence why me and my family left years ago
