[quote=Nitsua;15186364]OF course it's not illegal to be a racist, and you know very well that's not what I'm talking about.
Why can't the national Tea Parties take the same stand regarding white supremacists attending their rallies and endorsing the Tea Party as the Roanoke VA Tea Party did, Publicy disavow white supremacists who are clearly attending those national TP rallies. even though the Roanoke TP refuses to exclude them? Here is EVIDENCE that white supremacists do attend TP rallies and support the Tea Party........so you can no longer deny that there are white racists who certainly seem to be members of the TPs
No kidding, teabaggers. I see a lot of you don't want to even touch this ?....

Simple question
Do racist have the right to protest?
Do racist have the right to be on public property?
Appears I am touching this because it appears you want to take away the constitutional rights of citizens of this country simply because they are racist.
Tea party members can do no more then they did in this video asking a racist to leave. This is for those that seems to be under the impression that people in the movement dont ask racist to leave.
We are under that "impression" because the Tea Party will not take the opportunity given to them by the David Duke video tape to publicly disavow any affiliation with the white nationalists/white supremacists in this county who very well may believe that they are members of the Tea Party. What is the Council of Conservative Citizens? Did you know the answer to that question prior to reading this thread?

WHy do the Tea Parties have to go the extra 100 miles to prove to liberals they are not racist? Did you know it is illegal for private citizens to force people out of a public protest? Right or wrong, they have a right to be there under the First Amendment. Or you think we should have a Thought Police now? Once you hold your side up to the same standard you do for the Tea Parties, your argument is moot as long as you have raving racist lunatics like , Rev. Jeremiah Wright, The national leader of the New Black Panther Party and the leader of the Philadelphia chapter, and Al Sharpton running around.

"After Friday’s successful rally at Cave Spring Corner, several folks found flyers on their windshields from the Council of Conservative Citizens.
This was not a group that had been invited to the rally, and while we have never sought to exclude anyone from The Roanoke Tea Party, our leadership wants to publicly disavow the Council of Conservative Citizens’ focus on racial separatism and “white rights.”
Some quick research indicated that this group has made a point to try and attach themselves to the Tea Party movement all over the country, using the crowds assembled to celebrate liberty and individual rights to look for converts to their message of racial rights.
We are not able to police who joins us in a public space – nor are we interested in doing so – but please be assured that The Roanoke Tea Party in no way supports the Council of Conservative Citizens. People of any background who are concerned about the loss of personal liberty that results from government overreach are welcome at any of our events
Do they have a right to protest?
Do they not have a constitutional right to protest?
So if they arent doing anything illegal and they have a right to protest. Not sure what you think the tea party can do. They have already condemned racist. That is all that they can do.
What is it that you think a tea party can do force someone to leave?
When are you going to ask all the racist to leave the democrat party? Heck when are you going to physically force them to leave the democrat party? Because that seems to be what you think tea party members can do.
Well, since 90% of blacks voted for 0bama, and another 90% or so are democrats, prob not too many. But this is going to change, as more people break free from the facade the democratic party has being painting these past few decades, and start thinking for themselves.

Once again for like the 5th time. The Tea party leaders have been all over the news saying they do NOT condone racist being at the tea parties. The members of tea parties have spoke out time and time again about racism at tea parties. They can do no more then that.
Why are you actually giving an ignorant racist David Duke more attention then he deserves? Havent you ever heard " dont feed the monkeys" You are giving him more attention then I feel he deserves. Since he has a constitutional right to agree with the tea party movement and there is nothing no one can do about it.
Do racist have the right to be on public property?
Appears I am touching this because it appears you want to take away the constitutional rights of citizens of this country simply because they are racist.
What is it that you have against gay men?
Not sure which of us your are addressing, but you included my post in your quote, so I'll answer.
No, don't have even the slightest desire to take anyone's "Constitutional rights" (when you are referring to the U.S. Constitution, it's proper to capitalize the first letter of the word "Constitutional").......
I'm suggesting something very, very, very simple. On the national level come out with a statement that you guys do not invite nor recruit white nationalist members, you disavow their support and beliefs, and that you do not want them as members of the Tea Party. Make it public that you don't want those people at your rallies and that you don't allow them to be members. It's your club and you can exclude them. You can say that if they show up at public rallies there is nothing you can do other than ask them to leave.
The SILENCE of the Tea Party on this issue is what gave the NAACP the opportunity to point out that there are white supremacists in the Tea Party........
IMO, the TP will not make such a direct public statement because, in fact, they do want the votes of the white supremacists and fear if they come out publicly and say that they aren't welcome in the TP that the TP candidates (white candidates) may not win the elections they are participating in.........so the TP wants it BOTH WAYS. lol
