Another resident agreed, saying, "There are problems at this place all the time. Half the time, I don't know whether to call 311 or 911."

Still trying to get the conflicting opinions of a recent discussion on gun control out of my head. Certain that someone said things like this were more frequent in states where guns were 'allowed'.

Another day of incredible news which convinces me I'm better off not knowing much.
