Heard an AA gentleman call in to the Brad 'n Britt show (local Triad area NC show) and mentioned that he has to be discreet about his political preferences, and got a LOT of flak for not blindly supporting Democrats from his own family members.

I personally think Black history month and discussing racism is a very good idea. Two of my favorite professors in college who happen to be black would frequently talk about institutional racism and redlining.
