Palin as a candidate for POTUS: really, really scary.

1. Liberals are OBSESSED with Sarah Palin

2. Sarah Palin will NEVER be the republican presidential or vice presidential candidate again

3. Liberals should pay more attention to the current liberal president, who is systematically destroying the nation.

Figures that is why the left is attempting to "whack-a-mole" her into oblivion.

I'm not sure why some people are saying that the left shouldn't pay attention to Palin. She's the brightest star in the Republican Party, by far. She had the best-selling book of 2009. She attracts crowds like no other Republican.

No, it's not the left who has turned Palin into a media sensation and a very wealthy woman. It's her adoring fans, most of whom are Republicans.

Scary for the Demos, not hardly, in fact the Demos would Love Palin to make a bid in 2012, it would ensure another four years for them in the whitehouse. Now what IS scary is the fact that Palin seems to be the one who many on the right look to for leadership even though she has proven over and over that she is average as a leader on her best day and quits her job when the going gets tough.

Like I've said for a while now: The GOP don't have anybody capable of beating Obama. If anybody REALLY believes Palin can get up there and beat Obama at a debate, the Constitution, foreign policy, you name it...they simply aren't being honest with themselves.

That being said, it is VERY scary that somebody as ignorant as Palin would even be considered for POTUS. I think the GOP has been hijacked by a group of crazies, but they aren't stupid. They have to know better than putting Palin up. They know she's a half wit and they'd lose again.

There will be no substantive change, partisanship notwithstanding.

A government based on bribery cannot "reform".

All entitlements, grants, benefits are bribery.

No recipient will bite the hand that feeds him.

Re-electing the most talented bribers insures more bribery.

There is no solution until the recipients realize they're responsible, renounce the bribery, and restore integrity to government.

Since that is not going to happen in the near future, we can only expect a catastrophic collapse of the United States of America.

The body politic can only support so many "fleas" before it collapses, and dies.

When polled, numerous times, the majority of Republicans do NOT think Palin is capable or ready to be President though. She's a King maker, not a King imo. She's going to run around and make money, get the base worked up and that's it. I can't believe she would really run, I simply can't.

Default Republicans a joke party with Palin

If there was any indication that the Republicans are the party of the most pathetic, it's the continuing presence of racist Palin, the airhead from podunk.

I think they had something like 48 hours to vet her, which obviously wasn't nearly enough time. It sure wasn't some sneaky secret McCain had that was planned all along.
They should have known something was wrong when it took her 24 hours to come up with the name of a book or magazine

If McCain "team" members were surprised, they must have had their heads in the sand (and probably did as their bad treatment of Sarah came out after the fact...if they had worked for me I would have fired them as soon as they made their first "gaff"). Or else McCain was aware of the fact that "ya just can't trust some people" and kept his thoughts "close to the vest."
