Not so much a phrase but an idea.
They care about poor americans.
They can relate to poor americans.
NO they don't and no they can't. They are the political elitist of this nation.
What they care about is power and staying in power.
Who they relate to are liars and corrupt people, because that is exactly who and what they are.
