Good lord, (from the article) they are not sewing tracking tags into your underwear. RFID tags will be in the packaging or on removable labels. It's just a step up from barcodes - but from short distances they can scan a shelf or cart and see what's there. No need to scan each item individually. Don't worry -they can't track your underwear home and tell how often you change it.
Walmart is NOT doing this..they are asking their vendors/suppliers to do this to their merchandise BEFORE it gets to Walmart to be sold.
So if they get Hanes to do this, is Hanes going to add labels to their socks and underwear ? And if so, those items are in sealed bags at the store.
Before..Walmart added the RFID tags to the pallets containing the goods, not inside the package of the goods.
Got to ask yourself..if Walmart wanted to track their inventory IN the store why ask the vendors to embed on their labels or in their clothes ?

Ha! Your reply to me is even more childish than mine to you but touche! I truly don't care what sort of underwear Harry Reid wears as long as he doesn't try to legislate the type I have to wear and I don't care what sort of tags Walmart places on men's underwear as long as they are not "scratchy".
If you listen to Hannity or Beck over a half hour a day, it allows the government to plan residencies and fill vacancies at a Fema Camp in your region.
If you use those grocery market discount cards or gas cards they already track what you buy and when. That information will eventually be turned over to the government for health care purposes and to identify your heating habits to control the cost of your health care. If you eat a gallon of ice cream a week and potato chips, Ho Hos and hot dogs, etc., you can expect they'll use that against you for the cost of your medicine or medical bills. They'll get the same information if you purchase groceries by credit card or with a WIC card.
I heard the idea of a scanner reading micro chips as you leave the store and billing you for whatever items are in your immediate person. They'd also read the chip implanted in you and send you the bill. You walk out with a stolen CD and you still pay for it. That's probably 20 years off technology wise but you can bet the government and bigbusiness are working on a way to implement it.
I also heard we will have to have the number 666 implanted to show our allegiance to Obama !!!
