A Florida convict is suing the man he's convicted of burglarizing, alleging he and two others roughed him up during a citizen's arrest.

Michael Dupree is serving a 12-year sentence for burglary and cocaine possession stemming from his 2007 break-in of a van in St. Petersburg.

This guy embodies everything wrong with America. He deserves a bullet through the forehead for even conjuring up such a thought. Save America the strain of dealing with such idiocy ever again. Too bad it will never happen.

They should add time to his sentence for wasting time and resources.

"Dupree filed the civil lawsuit on his own, without the help of an attorney."

I hope he runs across the part of the law as to why he's
in jail to begin with

Who cares? I'm quite sure the judge won't. Crook is all stressed out over it. So sad ~

You know what they say, the man who represents himself in court has a fool for a client. I'd say this clown picked the right attorney.

personally i would file a counter suit ten times larger than the suit against me for violation of my civil rights, malicious prosecution, and what ever else i or my lawyer could think of. included in my settlement would be that this piece of human crap pay my lawyers fees.

Good thing this did not happen in california. Odds are he'd win a huge settlement and the one he stole fro would be thrown behind bars.

I always hate hearing this crap. A friend just got sued by his illegal alien neighbor. The 17 year old illegal jumped the fence and grabbed the TV off the back patio, the homeowner caught the illegal and broke his jaw. The illegals wanted $35000 in damages.
