There are Democrats asking for his resignation, too. 11 Democrats to be exact.

Congressman should be held accountable just as if they were your average American. Some of these people should be in prison. I don't care what party they belong to.

We deserve better.

The next time Republicans complain about Rangel, I want them to think about Bill Kristol.
How many years has this process been going on with Rangel, two years? If the republicans had "just shut up" about it, the democrats would have been happy to just let it all be forgotten, and Rangel would be in the clear.

Exactly! If the Republicans cry out against Rangel all the while having skeletons in their own closet - let's open the door and examine them all!

I agree! While we are doing that, let's listen to the current Speaker on the House talk about how they are the most ethical session of Congress, shall we?

I dont think we should ever shut up about any corrupt politician that is the problem.

Lets just pretend and ignore things like this and hope they magically go away.

No Doubt Republicans do but shouldnt we as citizens of this country scream at the top of our lungs for any corrupt politician to be tossed out on their rear.

If we just " shut Up" doesnt that in a way condone their actions? Not sure about you but I dont want any corrupt politican from either side in dc. I would think that is one thing we would be able to agree on
