As I said that is pretty smart. The more is exposed about her lack of knowledge the more people will not support her. Her setting up as the main opponent is pretty smart by the Democrats because she is on the extreme right. A moderate Republican would have it much easier against Obama.

Straw man!

You ask me how she didn't kow about geography. I answered you.

You made the claim that polls show her or any other winning. I am not gonna do the work for you.

If so, I can understand that.

We do not see it from our leaders very often.
It wouldn't have been smarter...he just wouldn't have known about it....everyone has some kind of outline or notes in front of them when the speak to an audience. I'm not insulting her....I'm pointing out to him that the fact that she has something written on her hand, is no big deal....nothing to make an issue of.

False claim. Polls indicate that it would be a tie with a generic GOP candidate. The only polls of Obama versus Palin show Obama trouncing Palin

Do you have any links?

There are polls showing that ANY generic GOP member would defeat Obama.
Any? Not Palin from this recent poll: http://www.publicpolicypolling.com/p...tional_715.pdf

If the candidates for President next time were
Sarah Palin and Barack Obama, who would
you vote for?
Sarah Palin .................................................. ... 46%
Barack Obama............................................. ... 46%
Not Sure.............................................. ............ 9%

Do you have a favorable or unfavorable opinion
of Sarah Palin?
Favorable......................................... ............... 37%
Unfavorable .................................................. .. 52%
Not Sure.............................................. ............ 11%

This one also shows Obama would beat Palin:

"Obama clobbered Palin, 55%-34%, in a hypothetical 2012 matchup that should have Democrats salivating."
TIME Poll: Voters Like Obama More Than His Domestic Policies - TIME

Another one:

Obama Palin 2012 Poll

Who would be the strongest GOP presidential candidate in 2012?

Mitt Romney 33%
Someone else 29%
Mike Huckabee 17%
Sarah Palin 14%
Bobby Jindal 7%

How can Palin win against Obama if she is not even considered the strongest Republican candidate?

Another one:

http://www.gallup.com/poll/125777/Vo...date-2012.aspx

Thanks to the poster that gave me two of these links.

I never put any faith in polls (any polls).

The way the question is asked and who it is asked to makes a huge difference.

Sure, I only responded to a Palin lover that claimed polls show that any Republican would win against Obama. Obviously, I found lots of polls that refute that.
