That may be the key phrase. I bet Ted Haggard would have sworn on a Bible that he never looked at a gay publication.

Youre right. ALL advertisements that feature people holding hands, kissing, or looking at eachother longingly for more than 3 seconds should be BANNED.

Gay, straight or inbetween. Keep "your bedroom" and your "relationship choice" out of the public realm.

I am personally fine w/it then.

I do think the FRC though, has a right to advise it's supporters to support or not support Amtrak, though.

Why doesn't the FRC just rent billboards, full pages in newspapers, and air time on radio and TV to denounce gays as evil and subhuman?

The FRC and its members will do what they feel they must do, but I'd like to know whether or not they're willing to boycott all of the other companies that advertise to the gay community. It would lead to a very ascetic life if they choose to take this to its logical end.

"Gays on a train" starring Samuel Jackson is my all time favorite flick. I felt Nathan Lane should have gotten co-star spot, but oh well.

It's much cheaper to have their zealots muck up various message boards with their repetitive vitriol.

Because that is neither their wish nor their goal. Their goal is only to stop the use of taxpayer dollars to push forward a special interest social agenda under the guise of advertising for public transportation. Is that really so difficult for you to grasp or are you stuck on hate?
