What happens when an activist judge goes the other direction and overturns something that doesn't go your way?

I have no idea how you feel about the topic, but I know a lot of people were pretty upset when the SCOTUS said that corporations had a legal right to contribute to candidates. The president even took them to task in his SOTU speech, if I recall.

Yeah, next thing you know, the homos will want to walk down public streets and buy food in supermarkets. Even breath air! Why do they have to push their agenda like that?

The same thing I'd do if they were living promiscuously in the hetero lifestyle. I'd keep loving them but I'd tell 'em to stop, telling them that their lifestyle isn't appropriate.
Ooooh. I see. Being gay equals being promiscuous Thanks for the insult!

Here we go folks...Watch out for the morality police...!

Key word, lifestyle. "life, liberty, and happiness" I recall this past Sunday's episode of the Simpsons when the city installs surveylance cameras everywhere as a way to curtail crime and terrorism, well eventually the only person who cared was Flanders [the religious wacko] who made it his buisiness to suryey the entire city to the point where all the towns people rebelled and did all the things they couldn't do. Flanders eventually learned that it wasn't his job or even his right to do this to his neighbors.

What a great day for America! Civil rights always prevail over discrimination and hatred.

Of course a conservative [Calvinist] would say activist judges....haha, people like him are so laughable.
