The court ruling was certainly predictable and is just another indicator that gay marriage will become a national right state by state. People can not vote on the human rights of others and California voters should be ashamed for their vote two years ago [even though it was a close vote].

You don't get to speak for everyone. People voted in a legal election, and they voted the way they wanted to vote. If you think this ruling is an indicator of anything, you're wrong.

It's one person's opinion...One person who thinks their opinion is more valid than everyone who voted another way. In other words, they think the same way you do, only they have some clout. Too bad for you it doesn't end there.

there will be an appeal, but the circuit they are in is quite libby, so it will be upheld.
