You'd have to define "the dem agenda," then, since she didnt, and translate his voting record into that -- to see what evilnesses he and the Ds voted for/goodnesses they voted against.
Here's a simple concept - the ones that increased spending by almost 30% from 2007 levels, the ones that increased the debt 40% from 2007 levels - all those.

Your first link shows all the spending bills. The wars and medicare expansion were 2 on there Obama voted for funding.
