Exactly the reasons why I drove Toyota trucks. Good mileage, pretty much maintenance free and never got fewer than 200,000 miles on an engine.

My son use to sell cars. After Obama bailed out GM his customers wouldn't look at a GM product. I don't care how much you bail out a company, if they have a crappy product people will buy from other companies and bailing them out will just make people mad so if the product does improve, who will know it?

I'm a boomer. Retired EARLYafter 45 years of working and paying taxes.

Worked since I was 16...sometimes two jobs.

Drove Fords and Chevys, one Chrysler. Ones I could AFFORD.

Mortgage PAID OFF 20 tears ago....any of you youngsters having a mortgage problem?

0...ZERO....that's 0...credit card debt.....any of you youngsters having a credit card problem????
