Last I checked the Constitution doesn't pertain to Sherwin-Willians or Dutch Boy for that matter, but the Constitution does indeed grant equal protection based upon certain enumerated rights. Since the sole argument against the Islamic Center, is that it is Islamic, any curtailment of the organizers plans is clearly a prima facie case of religious discrimination and is thus clearly a violation of the Constitution.

The wording of the poll is too vauge to answer the question with any accuracy.

"How" the building is stopped matters greatly to the Constitutionality of so doing.

Not to mention also a violation of property rights.
