Another poll based on false suppositions. The opposition to the building of the Cordoba Mosque (a.k.a Ground Zero mosque/community center) had absolutely nothing to do with "freedom of religion". Polls based on false suppositions are inherently flawed, just like that of the liberal mindset.
Why is there so little liberal uproar about the blocking of the rebuilding of this Greek Orthodox church destroyed on 9/11? Doesn't this church community deserve support? IMHO the current brand of would rightist would be tyrants are willing to eliminate anyone that does not agree with them. They have labeled Liberals and/or Progressives as blasphemers open to actual prosecution for disbelieving in the "conservative" first principals. Check out the post by mohawkx for a very blunt example.

the hypocrisy of the left in this country is truly amazing. they scream about the patriot act, even though they were not affected by it, they scream about warrantless wiretaps, even though it was program designed to tap phones calls going to or coming from overseas, and did not touch domestic phone calls, among other things that were done during the bush administration to fight terrorism. and yet when obama and company reup the patriot act, nothing is said by the left. when obama not only continues the warrantless wiretap program, he expands it to include domestic calls, nothing is said. when nancy pelosi wants those that oppose the mosque in new york investigated, no one says anything. when obama says, without even knowing what was truly going on, that the police acted stupidly when they arrested his professor friend, no one said anything. had bush said the things obama and pelosi said the left would have been screaming for his head on a platter.
the reality is that conservatives are not after your rights, in fact we want the federal government to comply with the constitution and stop shredding it and using for toilet paper.
