Moscow is one of the most expensive cities in the world. Many people have had to leave their home city because they couldn't pay their rent and bills anymore. Same development as in Bangalore and many other - at first glance - booming cities. Those who can afford to live in Moscow don't have much to complain about as they obviously have enough money.
