With the reports today about ICE planning to release thousands of illegal aliens who had been slated for deportation for what they call a good reason I wondered if these words would be good for people to read and ponder. They say that these people haven't committed crimes so should go free. Remember that they don't consider illegal entry a crime so they are in effect, offering these people backdoor amnesty. What more can this act be called?

Anyway, here are some good words about the subject of birthright citizenship which does have to do with these newly amnestied people.

Treason. Bet this came down from Obama via Holder or Napalitano.

Call your elected representatives and tell them this is unacceptable. We are supposed to be a nation of laws, not of men.

Patriots have made it abundantly clear that legislation which rewards lawbreakers with citizenship or social services is anathema. Our gutless and duplicitous "leaders" defend foreign scofflaws, as they betray their oaths to defend this Nation, it's borders, and it's Laws. Under the recently past, and continuing with the current Administration, America has been invaded without a shot.

Illegals MUST confront and change the corrupt and inept leaders of their own gifted Nations to secure liberty, dignity, opportunity and stable governance---as apparently must we.

Most citizens expect vigorous enforcement of EXISTING immigration laws; not the bestowal of cherished gifts on those who direspect our Nation by breaking and entering, marching, demonstrating, protesting, issuing demands, and flying foreign flags on OUR SOIL! Instead, our "leaders" eagerly and tirelessly plot a fire-sale of precious citizenship, in a quest for votes and cheap labor. This, the venal excuses for undermining immigration laws, and the steadfast determination to ignore the will of U.S.citizens, enrages and disgusts many.

BFD I'm sure, to the apologists, defenders, supporters and advocates for illegal immigration and open borders. Ideally, these should be required to relinquish their citizenship to the illegal of their choice....

So breaking immigration law is not a crime?

The Supreme Court has ruled that the 14th amendment means there is birthright citizenship, no matter how you want to twist the words. This means the only way to eliminate anchor babies is to amend the Constitution. Presently there are not enough votes in Congress for that to happen.
