The Judiciial branch is by far, the weakest branch of government, as most of it exists only at the will of congress.

Two very important words in this post

IF and COULD

If money fell from the sky, I could be rich.

If monkeys flew out of my butt, people could be interested in watching

Need I continue?

Did you notice that it says congress can create lower courts from time to time? Does it say it cannot remove them? YOu'd think that it's logical that if they have the power to create courts, they have the power to remove them as well?

Does the constutiton state that the Supreme Court has the power to move?

It moved from Capital Hill to its own building not even that long again. Did it have the power to do it?

Congress can remove courts, and remove subject matter jurisidiction from any court except the supreme court.

You are also probably unaware of the fact, tha ta LOT of the powers the president has, has been delegated to him by congress. They could remove those powers and the president would not be remotely as powerful of a position.
In order to dismantle the system, the system of checks and balances has to be removed. In order to remove the system of checks and balances, the current system has to be dismantled. Your argument is circular logic. I ask you again to describe the process you are fantasizing about.

And don't make presumptuous statements like "you are also probably unaware", I'd put my knowledge up against yours any day of the week and twice on Tuesdays.

If congres wanted to today, it could remove EVERY single federal court other than the supreme court. It has the power to do it, but does it have the will to do it today, NO.

Where does it have the power to remove courts?

It has the power to create courts. Not the power to remove courts.

Faces up to 5 years in jail for blasphemy.

Just remember how horrible and intolerant we americans are because of the ground zero mosque controversy.
If someone is doing something intolerant, hateful, downright stupid or wrong, that does not justify you treating them in kind.

Weren't you taught any better than that?

My dear old mother always cautioned me about always having clean underwear whenever I left the house,
but she never mentioned that if I were to travel to Indonesia, that I'd better be wearing that underwear, wrapped around my head.

Because blasphemy is against the law in other countries, just not in the United States? Or is it your position that when Americans travel abroad, that American laws should apply to Americans everywhere? In which case, when Indonesians travel to the United States, Indonesian law only should apply to Indonesians?

It's always amazing how many Americans do believe that their "rights" travel with them outside their country.........

This guy was pretty damn stupid to draw attention to himself in a foreign country where he was living with an expired visa.
