If congress changes, and there' sa muslim president or whatever, you could add as many justices to the court as you want, and immediately make it a muslim majority court. There's no rule that says that the court always has to have 9 justices on it. They could appoint 25 muslims to it if they wanted.
The Judiciial branch is by far, the weakest branch of government, as most of it exists only at the will of congress.

Did you notice that it says congress can create lower courts from time to time? Does it say it cannot remove them? YOu'd think that it's logical that if they have the power to create courts, they have the power to remove them as well?
Does the constutiton state that the Supreme Court has the power to move?
It moved from Capital Hill to its own building not even that long again. Did it have the power to do it?
Congress can remove courts, and remove subject matter jurisidiction from any court except the supreme court.
You are also probably unaware of the fact, tha ta LOT of the powers the president has, has been delegated to him by congress. They could remove those powers and the president would not be remotely as powerful of a position.
