The government has 2 problems
1. prostitution is the oldest job in the world.
2. Government doesn't like sharing that job.

Nevada is a conservative state? With Harry Reid as a Senator since 1986? I always thought Nevada was the drop zone for human rejects by the UFO's, or maybe that is Ohio. (sarc.) I do recall stories about women running to Reno for their quickie divorces decades ago.
