Fence? Just shoot dead anyone who crosses illegally. Period. Should have done that years ago and we would not have the illegal popualtion we have today.
Since the so-called "moderates" don't condemn radical Islam (let's say 1% of Muslims are radicals) and fight against it, then I would say yes, he does. By the way 1% of Muslims that are radical, means there are 10 MILLION radical Muslims around the world. And much of the leadership of Islam is pretty radical indeed, and the leaders have influence in the religion
