There's only one ally you could possibly be referring to: Israel.
How did Obama throw Israel under the bus? Links, please.
WOW! You just jump to an assumption and make a real jackarse out of yourself don't you? Please making up things that I haven't stated. Seriously, grow up.
As for the allies thrown under the bus that is quite obvious. Day 1 in the oval office he mails the bust of Churchill back to England. You may continue the list from there.

Great. Rather than any real policy change, he mails a package. Try again?
And no, YOU may continue the list, because it does not exist. The onus is on YOU to say which allies Obama has thrown under the bus. If anything, he has strengthened our bonds with allies, rather than have an attitude that those who are against the liar wars are NOT our allies.
"Perceptions of U.S. leadership worldwide improved significantly from 2008 to 2009. The U.S.-Global Leadership Project, a partnership between the Meridian International Center and Gallup, finds that a median of 51% of the world approves of the job performance of the current leadership of the U.S., up from a median of 34% in 2008."
"Yet in most countries, especially in wealthier nations, President Barack Obama gets an enthusiastic thumbs up for the way he has handled the world economic crisis. The notable exception is the United States itself, where as many disapprove of their president’s approach to the global recession as approve."
"Ratings of America are overwhelmingly favorable in Western Europe. For example, 73% in France and 63% in Germany say they have a favorable view of the U.S. "
"Moreover, ratings of America have improved sharply in Russia (57%), up 13 percentage points since 2009, in China (58%), up 11 points, and in Japan (66%), up 7 points. Opinions are also highly positive in other nations around the world including South Korea (79%), Poland (74%), and Brazil (62%)."
There are many others. This is why I say Obama will turn his focus outside the U.S. in the next two years, because his strong image appears to be foreign, not domestic. He can turn his global popularity into something greater. But no, the destruction of the American image occurred under Bush, and Obama is (by the numbers) improving it.
